Gives interface matrix-listed compatibility information to customers about company-released products. Assists in preparation of customer service statistics. Check status of warranty replacements per customer request. Follow up on customer satisfaction survey. Provide excellent customer management, which includes excellent communications, responsive follow through and advocacy for customer issues within internal departments. About Careibu Careibu is all about social care. Through our platform, we connect students to people for help at home. Our students work as babysitters, home cleaners and elderly assistants. Careibu’s Dutch community consists of 29.000+ students and 12.000+ clients. In April 2018, we will expand to the German market (Berlin). Our mission is to bring all generations in society together and provide students a social side job. Careibu was founded in student accommodation by two sisters, Lotte and Anne van Oudheusden. Lotte and Anne have grown the business from their student rooms to a team of ten people which continues to rapidly grow. Our head office is located in Amsterdam. Things we are working on We’re still a small company with an even smaller development team (CTO, product owner, 2 backend developers, 1 app developer & designer/frontend developer). This means you will need to wear many hats in the beginning but it also means there are many interesting challenges ahead that you can specialise in if you like. Broadly we are: – Migrating from legacy platform which has some interesting challenges – Improving and expanding our iOS & Android applications Our technology stack We still maintain a stack built in Angular 1 (web UI), PHP (backend) and MySQL (data), however we are incrementally migrating to a new technology stack based on a Golang backend with native mobile apps (Swift for iOS and Java for Android). You will initiate engagement with targeted accounts and buying centers; lead the opportunity development process. You will be managing the sales cycles in the different Amdocs domains, and will take the lead role in positioning and selling Amdocs Products and Services. You will develop opportunities from the first lead, until close. Leading resources and matrix manage the designated project team. Bachelor’s Degree/ MA in business/ marketing or related fields will be an advantage. 10+ years of sales leadership experience: A minimum of 7 years professional sales, sales management and/or account management experience in software, technology solutions or system integration sales to the telecom industry. Strong knowledge in Telecomm and Network, with knowledge in products & services. Proven Experience in sales to the Communications sector - sales record in OSS/BSS domain to Tier 1s. Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is needed. Proven and established relationships with Executives (VP, C Level), or working experience for/or with at least one of the following customers: ….. Responsibilities E-Commerce: • Working with different Content Management Systems, you will learn about the backend of an E-commerce website. • Most of your responsibilities will include setting up and launching new websites with all the required functionalities and support systems. • Maintaining the websites content, organization, functionality and supporting the optimization of the websites. • Regular testing and monitoring of the websites’ functionality; • Assist in updating the websites during launches of new campaigns or products; Online Marketing: • Analyzing the data with Google Analytics; • SEA: Managing, monitoring and creating of all types of Google AdWords campaigns; • SMM: Managing our social-media channels; Organize, schedule and publish high-quality, consistent and engaging original social media content. Write blog posts and news updates in our Social Media channels and on the websites; Build and maintain a database of media contacts (incl. bloggers, relevant media, and social media figures) through online searches, create appropriate media content and develop possible collaboration projects. • Possibly later: E-mail marketing and SEO. Customer Service: daily contact (by email) with clients about order status and dealing with complaints. Requirements • University or Business School Student currently studying to obtain a bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing, Administration, Ecommerce, International Business or related study. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
