Wij zijn een Nederlands/Italiaanse familie met twee dochters van 9 en 4. We hebben al 6 jaar een aupair en dat heeft altijd heel goed bevallen. Dit jaar zoeken een au pair vanaf eind juni tot eind augustus. Onze dochters doen aan ritmische gymnastiek en willen ook graag leren zingen. Ze hebben hier vanaf eind juni tot midden september vakantie en we willen graag dat ze in die tijd beter Nederlands leren, vakantie huiswerk doen en verder gewoon lekker spelen en naar het strand gaan. We wonen in Pesaro, een klein toeristen stadje aan de Adriatische kust. Met de fiets zit je in zo'n 15 min aan het strand. Hier vlak bij heb je zowel de toeristische trekpleister als riccione en rimini als ook cultuur steden zoals Urbino, perugia etc. Als dit je bevalt dan hoor ik graag nog van je.

Main Responsibilities Discuss with customers (internal and external) the technical aspects of product installation, operation and maintenance relative to sales and/or warranty considerations. Diplomatically handle telephone calls to deal with those, which cannot be handled upon first contact and have escalated and follow-up appropriately. Handle written customer communications in the form of email and web-chat in support of pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries. Obtain accurate customer details and amend contact-handling system if applicable. Identify sales leads from these contacts. May, in the future, handle customer video chat interactions in support of pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries. Gives interface matrix-listed compatibility information to customers about company-released products. Assists in preparation of customer service statistics. Check status of warranty replacements per customer request. Follow up on customer satisfaction survey. Provide excellent customer management, which includes excellent communications, responsive follow through and advocacy for customer issues within internal departments. Purpose of Job: Apply principles of accounting to analyse financial information and prepare financial reports based on acquired information from different country of operation, preparing profit and loss statements and utilizing appropriate accounting protocol and control procedure. Roles and Responsibilities: - Review profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports and other accounting reports. - Compile, consolidate and analyse financial information to prepare entries of accounts such as GL accounts including review of month end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts. - Establish, maintain and coordinate implementation of accounting controls, protocols and procedures. - Accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the group accounting records which includes consolidation of domestic and international subsidiaries. - Responsible for reviewing, investigation and correcting errors or any inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports. - Responsible for reviewing and developing accounting processes. Prepare expense, payroll entries, and other relevant documents. - Explain billing invoices procedures and accounting policies to staff, suppliers and to all internal and external client. - Recommend, develop and maintain financial database, software system and other accounting automated financial systems.
